Privacy policy
Translation runs in your browser. This policy separates temporary message content, optional learning progress and ordinary hosting data.
Translation content
Text, written Morse, results and invalid sequences remain only in the current page state while you use the translator. The product has no database and does not place this content in storage, URLs, logs or translation requests. Audio is generated locally.
If you deliberately use Share, the result is handed to the app or service you choose. Copying or downloading likewise creates a copy under your control.
Learning progress on this device
After you choose a learning starting point, the browser can store the selected set, session and audio settings, per-character answer counts, suggested review intervals and dates, completed-session count and recent accuracy. This record contains no translator message or account identifier.
Use “Erase local progress” on the learning page, or clear site data in browser settings, to remove it. If storage is blocked, practice still works for the open page but may not be available later.
Language and technical delivery
On unprefixed English pages, the interface reads the ordered language preferences exposed by your browser and moves to an equivalent French, Spanish, Italian, German or Brazilian Portuguese URL when supported. The product does not store that preference.
The site is delivered from European Contabo infrastructure administered by Vincent Schneider. Nginx access and error logs may contain IP address, requested URL, time, status and browser headers; they are rotated daily with up to 14 rotations. Translator text is not part of those requests. Other operational system logs do not share one promised global retention period.
Third parties and contact
The application code contains no analytics, advertising, consent-management platform, fingerprinting, account, application database or cloud-translation service. External research links load only if you choose to open them and then follow the destination site’s policy.
